How we use your data
What we collect
Name, email and the answers you write in the application form. Phone, teammates’ emails, and accessibility and dietary needs are optional. We also record which link brought you here, without identifying you.
Why
To review your application, form teams, organize the logistics of the challenge and write to you about this edition. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Your teammates’ emails
If you register teammates, each one receives a single email saying who registered them and how to apply. If they do not respond, they receive nothing else.
Who sees it
The Evoke team and the partners organizing this edition. The internal panel is protected and only authorized accounts have access.
How long
Until the close of the 2026 campaign and for the period needed to report its results. After that, the data is deleted.
Image release
The image and testimonial release is optional and does not affect your application. If checked, it allows Evoke to use your image in records and materials about this edition.
Measurement
The page uses audience measurement tools to understand which channels worked. Fields you type in the form, like name, email, phone and motivation, are never sent to these tools. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie notice. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to marketing@evokenet.org.
